TSAI produces custom acrylic and plastic spheres and hemispheres for exhibitions, installations, theatre, events, displays and technical applications. Each piece can be manufactured with or without a rim and adapted to the requirements of the final environment.
Different construction options are available, including bonded, removable and sectional designs. The appropriate material, thickness and production process are selected according to the sphere’s size, intended use, visual finish and structural requirements.
TSAI specializes in large-scale formats from approximately 400 mm to 2,000 mm in diameter. Custom dimensions may also be developed, with final size determined by production requirements, installation access and transportation logistics.
